Who is responsible
The Workflow Lab is responsible for the personal information handled through this website and direct enquiries. The public contact for privacy questions is sia@theworkflowlab.ai. The registered legal-name detail for this notice will be confirmed before the domain cutover.
What this site collects
This website does not currently submit or store contact-form data on a website server. The brief builder prepares an email in your own email application. Nothing is sent until you review and send that email.
Information you choose to send
If you email The Workflow Lab, the information in your message is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, assess fit, and keep a record of the conversation. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, confidential client data, or other sensitive information through the brief.
Technical data
Hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and requested page to deliver and protect the site. The Workflow Lab does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioural advertising cookies on this site.
Service providers and location
Vercel hosts the website, Cloudflare manages domain and network services, and Google Workspace handles direct email. These providers may process information in locations outside Singapore under their own service and privacy terms.
How long information is kept
Enquiry emails are kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage a possible or active engagement, maintain necessary business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Messages that are no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
External platforms
Links to Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and email open services operated by other companies. Their own privacy terms apply once you leave this website.
